Legal notice, privacy and sales terms

1. Seller and contact

2. Content and intellectual property

Original content, photographs and designs are protected under applicable law. Third-party brands and content belong to their owners. References to compatible devices do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Legally permitted uses remain unaffected.

3. Purchase, prices and payment

We sell to consumers and businesses. Buyers must have legal capacity or valid authority to act. Consumer-specific protections apply to purchases made as a consumer.

Before payment you can review and correct the configuration, quantities, address, prices, taxes and shipping. Payment is in euros. The final tax-inclusive amount will be displayed before an order with an obligation to pay is confirmed. Until final prices and payment facilities are available, the cart is a purchase preparation and creates no orders or charges.

When sales are enabled, order confirmation and the agreed terms will be sent by email. Returning from a payment provider's website does not prove payment: it must be verified with the provider. The store does not request or store complete card numbers or security codes.

EU consumer sales carry the VAT required by the applicable regime. Entering a business VAT number does not automatically grant an exemption: VAT registration, shipment and other legal conditions must be verified. Exports and special tax territories require their own treatment. No unverified exemption will be applied.

4. Production, delivery and customs

Normal manufacturing takes 5–10 business days after confirmation of the order, payment and necessary specifications. Carrier transit is additional and will be stated before payment. Goods ship from Donostia.

Domestic shipping: €10 plus applicable VAT. International shipping: €25 plus applicable VAT per order. Adding products does not increase this charge. At 21% VAT these amounts would be €12.10 and €30.25; the actual tax treatment depends on the destination and transaction. Not every international destination carries 21% VAT. Spanish territories retain the domestic base shipping rate even where special tax rules apply.

Delivery availability is checked for the country and address before purchase. If the agreed deadline cannot be met, we will notify you and the applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available. In consumer purchases, risk of damage or loss normally remains with us until receipt, subject to statutory exceptions.

Import charges: where a destination is outside the relevant tax or customs territory, the recipient pays applicable import duties, import taxes and clearance charges. These are not included in product prices or shipping. This will be disclosed before payment. Delivery between ordinary EU territories does not itself generate such charges. Customs delays do not remove consumers' statutory rights.

5. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers may withdraw from a standard-product purchase within 14 calendar days following receipt without giving a reason. Notify us by email or another unequivocal statement within that period; prior authorisation is not required. For separately delivered goods the legal timing rules apply, normally starting from the final delivery.

Return the goods without delay and within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice to the address in section 1. Consumers bear direct return transport costs for ordinary withdrawal. Returns due to defects or lack of conformity do not impose those costs on the consumer. You may examine the goods as in a shop and are only liable for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

We refund payments, including legally refundable standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of notification, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no additional cost. Optional upgraded delivery surcharges are not refunded. We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, unless we offer collection.

The personalisation exception applies only to goods made to individual customer specifications or clearly personalised, with prior information before purchase. Producing after ordering or choosing standard catalogue options does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. The exception never removes conformity rights.

6. Guarantee and complaints

For new goods sold to consumers under Spanish law, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, without prejudice to other mandatory rules. Free repair or replacement and, where legally appropriate, a price reduction or termination are available. A characteristic 3D-printed texture does not excuse a defect affecting safety, agreed use or advertised properties.

Report problems to info@tonnetz3d.com. Photographs may help but are not a condition for statutory rights. Ordinary wear and misuse are excluded only where they do not result from lack of conformity. Statutory complaint periods and procedures remain applicable.

7. Privacy

Controller: Plabs 3D S.L., contact details in section 1. Enquiries and quotes are handled as pre-contractual steps; orders, manufacture, billing, payment and delivery are processed to perform the contract and fulfil legal duties. Necessary security logs rely on legitimate interests in protecting the service. We do not use data for advertising without a specific legal basis.

Only necessary identification, contact, delivery, billing and order configuration data are requested, together with files supplied for custom work. Mandatory fields are needed to handle the enquiry or order. The currently inactive checkout form does not store or transmit personal details.

Necessary hosting (Raiola), communications, professional and transport providers may receive relevant data, as may PayPal or Banco Sabadell/Redsys when enabled and authorities where legally required. Data is not sold. Payment providers apply their own privacy policies. Before enabling a provider involving international transfers we will identify recipients and applicable safeguards.

Data is retained as needed for the relationship and subsequently, restricted where applicable, for statutory duties and liability periods. Commercial records generally require six years of retention; tax or claim records may have different periods. Enquiries and files without orders are deleted when there is no continuing purpose for retention.

You may exercise access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing info@tonnetz3d.com. Consent-based processing may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects or create advertising profiles.

8. Cart storage

This store's code does not install advertising cookies or tracking tools. Browser local storage, key tonnetz-configs, retains only cart products, options and quantities between pages and visits. Clear it by emptying the cart or deleting site data in your browser. If storage is blocked, the cart lasts only while the page is open. Card details and addresses are not stored there.

Local storage is also covered by rules on storage technologies; its purpose here is the cart function you request. Absence of advertising cookies does not mean absence of all storage. External sites and payment providers apply their own policies; their cookies are outside the store's control.

9. Law and disputes

Spanish law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protection in the country of residence or legally competent courts. The terms accepted when ordering apply. Request a copy or submit a complaint to info@tonnetz3d.com.
